LAST UPDATED JULY 13, 2026

This policy explains how Local Answer Lab ("we," "us," or "our") handles information connected with inquiries and project delivery. The contracting provider is identified in the written project scope, invoice, or payment receipt.

Information we receive

We receive information an agency chooses to send, such as a name, business email, agency name, client website URL, target market, project brief, and messages. We also review public business websites, public business profiles, public search results, and other public sources to prepare requested snapshots and services.

How we use information

We use information to answer inquiries, assess fit, prepare requested snapshots, deliver contracted work, provide support, prevent abuse, keep business records, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We may use service providers for email, hosting, forms, payments, document delivery, analytics, and business operations. They process information only as needed to provide those services under their own terms and privacy practices.

Client and public information

The core sprint is based on public information plus an agency brief. Agencies must have authority to share any non-public client information they provide. We do not request end-client passwords or account credentials for the core sprint.

Retention and choices

We keep project and transaction records for legitimate business, tax, dispute, and legal purposes. You may request access, correction, deletion, or an end to marketing contact by emailing hello@localanswerlab.com. Some records may need to be retained where law or legitimate business needs require it.

Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. The service is business-to-business and is not directed to children under 13.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy and will post the new date here. Questions may be sent to hello@localanswerlab.com.
